ZEPTO Heuristic Evaluation

I have conducted a heuristic evaluation of the Zepto app based on Jakob Nielsen’s usability principles. This evaluation involved assessing the app’s interface against established usability heuristics to identify potential usability issues and areas for improvement. By applying these principles, I analyzed aspects such as user control, error prevention, consistency, and clarity to ensure the app offers a seamless and intuitive user experience.
